ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) The Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned Order dated 12.05.2023, in Cr.M.P.No.295 of 2023, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

2. This Court by order dated 24.05.2023, granted interim stay on conditions. It is represented that pursuant to the order imposing conditions, the petitioner has made payments and the entire loan amount is repaid. The respondent bank has also acknowledged the closure of the loan account.

3. In the said circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become 2/4
