*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents not to locate the TASMAC Shop at Ramakrishna Nagar, North Gate, Thanjavur, based on his representation dated 21.07.2017.

2. Mr.B.Pugalendhi, learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions from the respondents, submits that there is no proposal to locate the TASMAC Shop in question, as apprehended by the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above observation. No costs.
