Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.447 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli. The petitioner has to move the jurisdictional trial Magistrate for obtaining relief. If the petitioner files such an application, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with within a period of three weeks thereafter by the learned trial Magistrate. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
