This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to process the Petitioners provident Fund Non-Refundable loan application dated 16.12.2016 and disburse the loan amount within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.D.Sivaraman,learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner joined the

service of the respondents/Corporation with effect from 1.5.1995 and his provident number is 95 DR4106/17279. Since the Petitioner's wife was hospitalized, the Petitioner has submitted a Provident Fund Non-Refundable loan application, dated 16.12.2016 to the second respondent to meet out the medical expenses and since the said application did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.

4. The counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner and pass orders thereon.

5.In view of the submission, the respondents concerned is directed to consider the representation of the Provident Fund NonRefundable loan application, dated 16.12.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment to do so. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
