This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.958/2017/A2 dated 18.07.2017 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to retain the petitioner as Melsanthi in Arulmigu Bagavathi Amman Temple, Kanyakumari. 2.The learned counsel for the first respondent brings to notice of this Court that the impugned order of transfer has been withdrawn vide proceedings dated 10.10.2017, which is also accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
