PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to expedite disposal of the suit in O.S.No.56 of 2023, on the file of the District Munsif, Paramakudi.

ORDER

The defendant in O.S.No.56 of 2023, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2.A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that the suit was originally posted for trial in August 2024, onwards and thereafter, citing pendency of the revision petition before the High Court, it has been adjourned. 1/3

3.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, even stay application was not filed in the revision petition and hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4.Considering the above said fact, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.10.2025.

5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
