[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenge in this writ petition is to the sale notice dated 14.09.2020, issued by the respondent - Bank, with a direction to them to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2020 and to restructure the loan account / OD account No.1223256010392.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Bank, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
