ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 1/3

467, 468, 471, 474 and 120(B) of IPC, in Crime No.21 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner is a Sub-Registrar. The allegation against the petitioner is that he colluded with the other accused, created a document and also sold the defacto complainant's property by impersonation.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) has raised serious objections that the investigation is at the crucial stage. 5.Considering the serious nature of offence and the crucial stage of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 14/06/2024 / TRUE COPY / /06/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
