RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 4087 of 2022 order dated 02/03/2022 for further period of 15 days to surrender the petitioner before the Judicial magistrate No.IV, Madurai Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Because of the attitude of the defacto complainant, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.4087 of 2022 dated 02.03.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.03.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4087 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
