ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of M.C.No.70 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 30.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai. He has sent a report dated 04.06.2026 stating that there are nearly 4200 main cases and more than 500 miscellaneous cases are pending in Family Court, Madurai. 1/3

Consequently, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is requested to dispose of M.C.No.70 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
