Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction in the nature or writ to forbearing the respondents from filling up the posts of cook and sweeper in pursuant to the press release without publishing public notification notifying the vacancies and consequentially direct the respondents to issue public notification notifying the vacancies for recruitment to the posts of cook and sweeper and videograph the entire selection process and proceed with the recruitment process in conformity with Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
