Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the Detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings H.S (M)Confdl No. 60/2022 dated 05.04.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the Detenue namely Vaikundam Pandian @ Vaikundam, S/o. Chidambara Thever aged 38 years (now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai) before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
