Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to cut and remove the Karuvelam Trees grown in and around the Little Angels English Higher Secondary School, Vanjiamman Kovil Street, Krishna Gardens, Karur within the time stipulated by this Court on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Kannan For Respondent No.1 : Mr.M.Govindan, Special Government Pleader.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to remove Karuvelam Trees which are in existence in the place mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended that on 05.01.2017 a representation has been given to the respondents, but the same has not been considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.It is a well known fact that in W.P(MD)No.16485 of 2015 this Court has directed thirteen District Collectors and other authorities to remove Seemakaruvalam Trees in their districts.

5.Considering the fact that in W.P(MD)No.16485 of 2015 this Court has already passed an order which is applicable to all the authorities concerned, the present writ petition is totally unwarranted and therefore the same is liable to be dismissed. 6.In fine, this writ petition is dismissed.
