This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Assistant at Sarah Tucker Teacher Training Institute and disburse all the service and monetary benefits from 20.10.2016 in accordance with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

provisions of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools Regulation Act and Rules.

2.In view of the consequential order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.338/E/2017, dated 10.08.2017, the relief sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
