O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the file of the second respondent in connection with the impugned order of suspension passed by the second respondent in his proceedings No.Nil, dated Nil and to quash the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2.Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian,learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.In view of the dictum laid down in Marappan .vs. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal reported in 2006(4) CTC 689, Writ Petition filed against the Co-operative Societies is not maintainable before this Court and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. If the Petitioner has any grievance over the order impugned herein, he has to approach the authorities under the Co-operative Societies Act, for redressal, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
