ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2025 and consequently, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents refraining from registering any registration or record mutation in respect of the property covered in O.S.No.123 of 2000, to direct the respondent to maintain status quo until full execution of the judgment dated 06.04.2024.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.04.2024, and pass orders as per law.
3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
