ORDER

The petitioner made representations dated 30.10.2016, 12.03.2017 and 30.11.2018 to the third respondent, seeking disbursement of employee gratuity fund. But, so far no order has been passed on the same. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by filing the present writ petition.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought in the writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
