This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st Respondent to appoint a Special officer for Asian Federation for Independent Pentecostal Churches, situated at No.61, Ezhil Nagar, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2017

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
