Respondent Prayer :- Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under section 24 of C.P.C., Pleased to withdraw the HMOP No.91 of 2020 on the file of Sub Court, Theni, Theni District and transfer the same to Sub Court, Tirumangalam, Madurai District.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and earlier order of this court and upon perusing the letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, in his letter in D.No.508 dated 22.06.2021, requested for extension of six months to comply with the order, this Court made the following order: By order dated 03.12.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2020, within a period of six months.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.508 dated 22.06.2021 wherein, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, four months time is extended from the date of receipt of this order to comply with the order dated 03.12.2020.
