The petitioner apprehends that his residential house situated in Survey No.74/7, West Street, Ariyanallur, Munnilaikottai Post, Athur Taluk, Dindigul District, will be demolished. 3.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader clarified that action has been taken only against the encroachment in Survey No.74/8 and that there is no proposal to take action against the construction in Survey No.74/7. This stand taken by the respondents should address the concerns expressed by the petitioner.
