Prayer in WP(MD). 10178 of 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to pay pension taking into account the service of the petitioner with effect from the date of Provident Fund contribution received (01.10.1984) by the 2nd respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2019 consequently the respondents to give all other monitory benefits to the petitioners.
