(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.BHARATHIDASAN,J.) This writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.14971 of 2018, dated 06.07.2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the similar writ appeal filed by the petitioner in W.P.(MD).No.14969 of 2018 was dismissed by the another Division Bench of this Court, in W.A.(MD). No.1590 of 2021, dated 18.08.2021.
