This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2017 and for a direction to the first respondent to include the petitioner's name in the permit to cut the trees in the patta (patta No.912) land in S.No.214 at Pachalur village in Kodaikanal Taluk.

2. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that an application given by one Mr.M.Prabhakaran, seeking permission to cut Thokathai trees in survey No.214, Pachalur Village in Kodaikanal Taluk has been returned on the ground that the other pattatharars have not joined in the application.

4. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
