O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent, not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, without any valid complaint dated 03.11.2018 against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a accused in Crime No. 239 of 2018 and initially the case was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., and later altered into Section 304(A) of I.P.C.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the concerned Court and taken steps in accordance with law.
