Heard both sides.

2. One Jayalakshmi filed W.P.(MD)No.2569 of 2023 for conducting survey. The petitioner in this contempt petition was shown as fourth respondent. The writ petition was disposed of by me by issuing the usual set of directions.

3. It appears that as a result of the said order, status quo on ground appears to have been altered. However, I am not rendering any definite findings in that regard. Admittedly, the petitioner herein was not put on notice before I disposed of the writ petition.

4. In this view of the matter, the order dated 08.02.2023 stands recalled. Jayalakshmi cannot take advantage of any proceedings that had taken place pursuant to the said direction. W.P.(MD)No.2569 of 2023 will be posted again for fresh hearing before the Hon'ble Judge holding the roster. The Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly.
