This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take action by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, she sent the representation dated 16.04.2025 to the first respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation was forwarded to the concerned Tahsildar and the same is under consideration with the Tahsildar and he will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the concerned Tahsildar respondent, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the Tahsildar, Ervadi, Ramanthapuram District and take part in the enquiry proceedings. Based on the enquiry proceedings, the Tahsildar, Ervadi, Ramanthapuram District has to take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 30.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
