Although this Civil Revision Petition came up during the last Vacation Court, no orders were passed.

2.Considering the fact that the prayer in the present Civil Revision Petition is limited to direct the Family Court, Madurai, to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.1261 of 2021 filed by the petitioner to dissolve the marriage with the respondent as expeditiously as possible, I am inclined to dispose this Civil Revision Petition after 1/3

dispensing with notice on the respondent, by directing the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1261 of 2021, filed by the petitioner together with H.M.O.P.No.1183 of 2021 filed by the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The presence of both the petitioner and the respondent shall stand dispensed with before the Court below for regular hearings. However, they shall continue to appear before the Court below through counsel. It is also made clear that both the petitioner and the respondent shall appear before the Court below as and when the Court desires their physical presence.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
