O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has involved in Crime No.373 of 2015 for the offences under Section 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu prohibition of Women Harassment Act and that the case has been charge sheeted and pending in C.C. No.224 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Kovilpatti. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been dragging on the proceedings of the case,

without cross examining the witnesses and also been threatening the witnesses and that the petitioner has filed a present petition with false allegations.
