Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2.It appears that the petitioner has been an accused in a case registered in the year 2018 and that security proceeding were also initiated against him subsequently. There is no complaint against the petitioner as of now. But the petitioner alleges that he is being harassed by the respondents to come to the police station.

3.I make it clear that the petitioner will not be orally summoned to the office of the second respondent or B5 Southgate Police Station. The respondents will have to serve only written summons and the petitioner gives an undertaking that if he receives any formal summons, he is bound to appear before the authority concerned.

4.Recording the undertaking given on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
