2. The writ petitioners herein are Sector Operators. The third respondent in both the writ petitions gave an application for deviation of the route. It was originally rejected. Questioning the same, the third respondent filed an appeal before the Tribunal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The Tribunal allowed the appeal and remanded the matter to the file of the first respondent for fresh consideration in accordance with law. The hearing is scheduled on 28.11.2018. The petitioners herein being Sector Operators have a stake in the matter. Therefore, they seek an opportunity of personal hearing, when the application of the third respondent is taken up for disposal by the first respondent. Since the interest of the petitioners are also involved, it is only just and proper that they are also heard, when the applications are taken up.
3. Accordingly, both the writ petitions stand allowed. No costs.
