PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, directing the respondents particularly the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry or with a view to foist false cases for obvious reasons forthwith. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents.
2. The petitioners allege harrasment at the hands of the second respondent at the instance of the third respondent. It appears to be a case of matrimonial complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate states that the petition given by the third respondent is pending enquiry. The petitioners are said to be the relatives of the husband. Be that as it may, the second respondent cannot keep the enquiry pending. Crl.O.P(MD)No.11146 of 2020 two weeks. The petitioners are directed to co-operate with the enquiry. If the second respondent decides to register First Information Report or already registered the First Information Report, the second respondent will put the petitioner on notice, so that the petitioner will have time to move the concerned Court for Anticipatory Bail. With these directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
