(MD) No. 10047/2022, Dated. 08.06.2022 to the effect that petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Veerapandi Police Station, Daily at 5.30 PM instead of 10.30 AM Daily.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.KARUPPASAMY PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI,Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of thirty days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10047 of 2022 dated 08.06.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition for a period of 9 days and that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 05.30 p.m., instead of 10.30 a.m., for the remaining days.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection.

CRL MP(MD) No.7406 of 2022 4.Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 05.30 p.m., for the remaining days and other conditions shall remain unaltered.
