ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to award adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner, on the basis of the representation, dated 18.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute, on 12.05.2022, the private respondents herein assaulted the petitioner. Hence the complaint has been lodged and for the same, an FIR in Crime No.200 of 2022 has been registered, for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 323 and 506(2) IPC. Since constantly the private respondents are giving trouble to the petitioner, he sent a representation, dated 18.06.2022, to the first respondent and also the petitioner filed this petition. 2/4

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, enquiry is in progress and further, the respondent police is ready to consider the representation, dated 18.06.2022. 4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 18.06.2022 and take suitable action within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
