ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the judgment dated 17.03.2021 made in M.V.Appeal No.57 of 2020 on the file of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Chennai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that this petition shall be closed with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the appropriate authority.

3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
