ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime No. 263 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 263 of 2019 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
