ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A3, A6 & A7 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under section 306 IPC, in Crime No.116 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners are facing the charge for the offence section 306 IPC.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Perusal of the records shows that after investigation, the involvement of the petitioners/A2, A6 and A7 has been ruled out. So the petitioners were deleted from arraying of accused persons and alteration report has also been submitted before the concerned Court.
