: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Lr.No.1564/REGR/TNNLS/2017 dated 21.07.2017 (received by the petitioner on 26.07.2017) and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the third respondent to admit the petitioner's daughter in B.A., L.L.B., (Hons), Degree Course in Tamil Nadu National Law School, Trichy under Sports Quota by considering the rank secured in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2017.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent, dated 21.07.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner applied for admission into B.Com., L.L.B in the third respondent college under sports quota. Since it was not given, the present writ petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 29.07.2017 the petitioner got admission in the third respondent college in the course of B.com., L.L.B. under M.B.C quota. Hence, the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ writ petition.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
