ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime.No.225 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 225 of 2019 and for the same, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
