ORDER
The present civil revision petition is filed against the order, dated 25.04.2024, passed in I.A.No.207 of 2023 in O.S.No.536 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Pudukottai.
2. The defendant is the revision petitioner herein. The plaintiff has filed the suit for recovery of money. In the defendant was set exparte. Thereafter, the defendant has filed a petition to set aside the exparte decree along with condone delay petition to condone the delay of 35 days and the same was allowed directing the defendant to pay Rs.1,000/- to the plaintiff. The defendant did not pay the same within the stipulated time. Hence, the present civil revision petition is filed for extension of time to pay the same.
3. The revision petitioner herein / defendant is directed to pay Rs.1,000/- to the respondent herein / plaintiff within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment I.A.No.207 of 2023 may be allowed and the suit may be restored on file. 2/4
4. The Trial Court is directed to complete suit within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.10.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Tmg To 1.Additional Subordinate Court, Pudukottai.
