The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 3 to 6 to break open the seal of the petitioner's husband's house situated at Kavi Bharathi Nagar, K.Sathanur, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District by considering her representation dated 11.06.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the allegations are false and they have not sealed the premises. In fact, the petitioner's son is an accused in an Economic Offence and 2/4

therefore, they have conducted a search on the petitioner's premises and they are not intending to seal the premises. He further submits that in order to prevent the respondent police from conducting search and also taking the inventory, the petitioner has filed a false petition before this Court. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the respondent police to conduct a search or investigation in the manner known to law available under the Cr.P.C.
