Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner has been heading a Religious Institution. The rival group had a grievance that the petitioner is squatting in the office without conducting election. Yesterday, in another petition filed by the petitioner herein, I had directed that the election shall be conducted within a period of 12 weeks. The petitioner apprehends threat at the hands of the other group. I am of the view that since the petitioner is agreeable for conducting election, cause of action may no longer survive. In any event, if the petitioner gives any complaint to the third respondent, the third respondent shall look into the same and take appropriate action and in accordance with law. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
