*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner herein seeks removal of the encroachment said to have been committed by the fourth respondent. The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 15.05.2017 in this regard.

2.The third respondent is directed to take action thereon for removal of the said encroachment after complying with due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
