Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.Pursuant to the notice issued by the this Court in this writ petition, the District Education Officer has written to the Secretary, Valampuri Vadukanathan Higher Secondary School to forward the Service Register of the petitioner herein along with other details particularly his employment under the consolidated pay between 14.08.1990 to 30.12.1997 to collect the past service and pension benefits.
