O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and to the property.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in C.S.R.No.600 of 2023 and it was closed on 18.04.2024.

3. In the light of the above decision taken by the respondent police, no further orders can be passed in this petition. If there is any grievance, the petitioner has to necessarily work out his remedy only before the competent civil Court.
