This Writ Petition is filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to survey, demarcate and put boundary stones for the land of the petitioner in R.S.No.724/1 of Neendakarai B-Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District admeasuring an extent of 15 cents and the land of the petitioner's son T.Suthan in the above R.S.No.724/1 of the same Village, Taluk, District, admeasuring an extent 6 cents and 175 sq links.
2. Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner would claim that on 05.02.1988, the petitioner's father executed a gift deed to an extent of 15 cents in R.S.No.724/1 situated at Neendakarai B-Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District and another piece of land to an extent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of 6 cents 175 sq.links was purchased by the petitioner's sons in the same survey number. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the respondent to survey the lands by sending a representation dated 15.07.2017. Since no action was passed, the present writ petition.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, as expeditiously as possible within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
