ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to construct the compound wall at the petitioner's property in Survey No. 61/6A, 61/5A2 situated at Pethanadarpatti village, Alangulam taluk, Tenkasi District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute, the respondents 3 and 4 are threatening the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 04.06.2022. But, till now no action has been taken. Hence, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the representation, dated 04.06.2022. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to consider the representation, dated 04.06.2022 and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
