2.The petitioner wants issuance of non traceable certificate. The petitioner is said to have lost the original will executed by his paternal uncle.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner's application has been received and that enquiry is pending. The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and act in accordance with law.
