Respondent/Petitioner Prayer :- The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw the I.D.O.P.No. 87 of 2019 from the Principal District Court, Theni and transfer the same to the file of the Additional District Court, Tenkasi. ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 04.12.2020, and upon perusing the requisition letter in D.No.619 of 2021 dated 25.06.2021 received from the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Tenkasi, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 04.12.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.87 of 2019, within a period of six months.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.619/2021 dated 25.06.2021 wherein, the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Tenkasi, has requested for extension of three months to comply with the above order.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Tenkasi, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of this order to comply with the order dated 04.12.2020.
