ORDER

This Writ Petition came to be filed by the petitioner, seeking to direct the respondents to provide electricity connection to the petitioner's house in No.5/40A of Paloor Village. 2.When the matter was came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that there cannot be any difficulty for the respondents, provided the petitioner has to complete the necessary technical work by drawing the electricity line from his house through the common usage area to the concerned electricity pole.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

4.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application in online mode in this regard and also to complete the technical requirements for obtaining electricity connection as submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and on completion 2/5

of the same, the respondents are hereby directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law for the purpose of providing electricity connection, if she is otherwise eligible within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of filing an application in online mode. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
