Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14383 of 2018 on 14.08.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that

the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 4.9.2018 to till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.14383 of 2018 on 14.08.2018, is relaxed.
